The working principle of the drum granulator is: the belt and the pulley are driven by the main motor, and are transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer, and the split gear installed on the driving shaft meshes with the large gear ring fixed on the machine body, facing each other. Work. The material is fed from the feed end and passes through the inside of the cylinder. Through the function of the special structure inside the cylinder, it is made into granules, and finally flows out through the discharge port. Due to the continuous entry of materials and the continuous rotation of the granulator, mass production can be realized.

Mechanical equipment characteristics

Drum type granulator, in which steam, gaseous ammonia or phosphoric acid or nitrogen solution, phosphorus ammonium slurry, heavy calcium slurry are added into the machine, and the compound fertilizer granulation process of chemical reaction and heat supply is completed in the drum; or The cold granulation process of compound fertilizer with a small amount of water added. The material to be granulated passes through the rotating motion of the cylinder, and the material in the cylinder is rolled and rotated, and agglomerated into balls at a certain humidity and temperature to complete the ball making process. Features of drum granulator:

1. The ball forming rate reaches 70%, there is a small amount of returned material, and the returned material has a small particle size, which can be re-granulated;

2. Steam heating is applied to increase the temperature of the material, so that the water content of the material is low after the ball is formed, and the drying efficiency is improved;

3. Use rubber engineering plastics as the lining, the raw materials are not easy to stick to the cylinder, and play the role of anti-corrosion and heat preservation;

Process flow of drum granulator

Technological process：

1- Crushing process

A new type of semi-wet material pulverizer – vertical pulverizer and horizontal pulverizer. The internal structure has chain type and hammer type. No sieve, even if the material is smashed out of the water, it will not be blocked.

3- Conveying process

Belt conveyor—-mobile belt conveyor, fixed belt conveyor, etc. Belt conveyor is an indispensable economical logistics transportation equipment for rhythmic flow operation. It has strong conveying capacity and long conveying distance. The structure is simple and easy to maintain, and it can conveniently implement many advantages of programmed control and automatic operation.

5- Drying and cooling process

Rotary dryer — alias tumble dryer, biological organic fertilizer dryer, because the temperature of organic fertilizer drying can not exceed 80 degrees, so our dryer adopts hot air drying mode. Cooler—similar in shape to dryer, but different in material and performance. The main machine of the drying machine adopts the boiler post, and the main machine of the cooling machine is customized by carbon steel plate.

7- Coating process

Particle coating machine—The appearance of the main machine is similar to that of the dryer and cooler, but the internal structure is quite different. 2- Stirring process

4- Granulation process

6- Screening process

Screening machine — including drum type and vibrating type. The sieving machine is divided into three-stage sieve, two-stage sieve and so on.

8- Packaging process
