How to install and operate the disc tipping machine in the organic fertilizer production line

• The tipper is in direct contact with materials during operation, which is highly corrosive. Therefore, the dirt stuck on the tipper, especially the dirt on the chassis, should be cleaned in time. If the protective paint falls off, it should be brushed again.
• Regularly check the tightness of the drive chain and adjust it in time. When the adjustment tension still fails to meet the requirements, remove several chains to make them meet the requirements; If it is found that the transmission chain links do not rotate smoothly, grease or engine oil shall be used for lubrication in time; The traveling bearing on the chassis, the mixing shaft rotating bearing (integrated with the upper part) and the lifting bearing should be regularly lubricated with grease.
• Before using the reducer, check whether there is oil in it, replace it with new oil after 100 hours of initial operation, and then replace it every 1000 hours, with an interval of one year.
• After the hydraulic system operates for 200 hours, all hydraulic oil shall be prevented and controlled, the impurities in the hydraulic system filter shall be removed, and the filter element shall be checked to see if it is necessary to replace; Whether to reuse the filtered hydraulic oil depends on the cleanliness of the drained hydraulic oil. When discharging the hydraulic oil, the cylinder rod shall be retracted back into the cylinder barrel; Clean the hydraulic system every 800 hours of operation.
