In the organic fertilizer production line process, the organic fertilizer granulator equipment stirs the tooth granulator to use the mechanical stirring force of high-speed rotation and the resulting aerodynamic force, and the resulting aerodynamic force, so that the fine powder material can be continuously realized in the machine. Mixing, granulation, spheroidization, densification and other processes to achieve the purpose of granulation. This kind of granulation method makes the granulation rate higher, the granules are more beautiful, and save energy at the same time. The principle is simple, the granulation speed is fast, and the fine powder material is continuously mixed in the machine by using the high-speed rotating mechanical stirring force and the resulting aerodynamic force. No binder is needed, and the characteristics that organic particles can be embedded and grown up under a certain force, no binder is needed during granulation. The granulation quality is high. This machine is especially suitable for the granulation of light fine powder materials. The finer the basic particles of the fine powder materials, the higher the sphericity of the particles, and the higher the quality of the pellets. Wide range of sources of materials, livestock and poultry manure, compost manure, green manure, sea manure, cake manure, peat, soil miscellaneous manure, three wastes, microorganisms.
(1) The nutrients contained in organic fertilizers are not omnipotent. Organic fertilizers contain more types of nutrients, which is an advantage compared with chemical fertilizers with a single nutrient, but the nutrients they contain are not balanced and cannot meet the needs of high-yield crops.
(2) The organic fertilizer decomposes slowly and the fertilizer effect is late. Although organic fertilizers contain all the nutrients, they are low in content and decompose slowly in the soil. It is difficult to meet the needs of crops for nutrients when the amount of organic fertilizers is not large.
(3) Organic fertilizers need to be fermented. Many organic fertilizers contain germs, insect eggs and weed seeds. Some organic fertilizers contain organic compounds that are not conducive to crop growth. Therefore, they should be fermented and processed before being applied. Raw manure cannot go to the ground.
(4) The use of organic fertilizers is contraindicated. Decomposed organic fertilizers should not be mixed with alkaline fertilizers and nitrate nitrogen fertilizers.
