Drum screening machine is a commonly used equipment in the production of compound fertilizers. Comprehensive utilization power plants (mainly circulating fluidized bed boilers) that mainly burn low-quality coal are rapidly emerging in China. Fuels mainly based on coal ore and coal slime are usually sticky, wet, dirty, and miscellaneous, and the coal transportation system is ordinary. There are phenomena such as clogging of the screening machine, low screening efficiency, large wear and tear of the crusher, and high energy consumption. Due to its unique structural features, the cage-type drum screening machine completely and effectively solves the shortcomings of other types of screening equipment, and is the preferred screen type for comprehensive utilization of power stations.

The GS drum screening machine uses a gearbox-type deceleration system to perform a reasonable rotation on the central separation cylinder of the equipment. The central separation cylinder is a screen composed of several circular flat steel rings. The central separation cylinder is installed in an inclined state with respect to the ground plane. During work, the material enters the cylinder net from the upper end of the central separation cylinder. During the rotation of the separation cylinder, the fine material is separated from top to bottom through the screen interval composed of circular flat steel, and the coarse material is discharged from the lower end of the separation cylinder into the pulverizer. . The equipment is equipped with a plate-type automatic cleaning mechanism. During the separation process, through the relative movement between the cleaning mechanism and the sieve body, the sieve body is continuously “combed” by the cleaning mechanism to keep the sieve body clean throughout the working process. , It will not affect the screening efficiency due to the clogging of the screen hole.
