working principle
1. This series of double-roll crushers is mainly composed of rollers, roller support bearings, pressing and adjusting devices, and driving devices.
2. Adjustment of discharge granularity: a wedge or gasket adjustment device is installed between the two rollers, and an adjustment bolt is installed on the top of the wedge device. When the adjustment bolt pulls up the wedge, the wedge pushes the movable roller away from the The fixed wheel, that is, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger, and the discharge granularity becomes larger. When the wedge is down, the movable roller is under the action of the compression spring, and the gap between the two wheels becomes smaller, and the discharge particle size becomes smaller. The gasket device adjusts the size of the discharge particle size by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of the gasket. When the gasket is increased, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger. When the gasket is reduced, the gap between the two rollers becomes smaller, and the discharge particle size becomes smaller. .
3. The driving mechanism is composed of two electric motors, which are driven by V-belts to the sheaves to drag the rollers, and move and rotate in relative directions. When crushing materials, the materials pass through the rollers from the feed port, and are crushed by rolling, and the crushed finished products are discharged from the bottom frame.

Each roller of the double-roll crusher is driven by a separate motor. The working surface of the roller depends on the requirements of use, and can be selected from smooth surface, tooth surface or groove surface. For crushing hard and abrasive materials, smooth rollers can be used. Because the crushing effect of the smooth roller on the material is mainly crushing and grinding, it is mainly suitable for medium and fine crushing of medium-hard materials.

Gaskets of different thicknesses are placed between the frame and the movable bearing, and the width of the discharge opening between the two rollers can be adjusted by changing the number of gaskets to meet the requirements of different product sizes. When unbroken materials enter the crushing cavity, the spring is compressed , the movable roller retreats to increase the discharge opening, and after the material is discharged, the movable roller resets under the pressure of the spring. This is the mechanical discharge opening adjustment and overload protection device (safety device).
