The granulation disc adopts an overall arc structure, and the granulation rate can reach more than 93%. The granulation tray is equipped with three outlets, which is convenient for intermittent production operations, greatly reduces labor intensity and improves labor efficiency. The reducer and the motor are driven by a flexible belt, which can start smoothly, reduce the impact force and improve the service life of the equipment. The bottom of the granulation tray is reinforced with multiple radiant steel plates, which is durable and never deformed. Thickened, heavier, and sturdy base design, no need for anchor bolts, stable operation.

Various dry powder materials are fed from the top of the equipment, degassed, spirally pre-compressed, and transported to the arc-shaped slots of the two rollers. The two rollers rotate at the same speed and counter-rotate, bite the materials into the grooves and perform forced compression. After passing through the compression zone, the pressure gradually decreases, and its surface tension and gravity make it come out naturally, enter the granulator and granulator for crushing, trimming, and then enter the vibrating screen for screening, and the qualified products are sent to the finished product through the conveyor. Bin or direct packaging, the powdery under-sieve material is sent back to the raw material bin through the return device for secondary rolling, and the extrusion force can be adjusted by the hydraulic system according to the needs of the particle strength. By changing the grooving form of the roller surface, materials such as flakes, strips, olives, and oblate balls can be obtained.
